Safety & Lake Rules
We're committed to keeping every trip fun and safe. Please review these expectations before you arrive — they apply to all guests on every charter.
Life Jackets Required
All guests must wear a USCG-approved life jacket whenever underway. Children under 13 must wear one at all times on the water.
Responsible Drinking
Operating any vessel while intoxicated is illegal. Alcohol is permitted for passengers only — never for the operator.
No Swimming from Moving Vessels
Swimming is only permitted when the engine is off and the boat is fully anchored or beached in a designated area.
Respect No-Wake Zones
All operators must observe posted speed limits and no-wake zones, especially near docks, coves, and swimmers.
Sun & Weather Awareness
We monitor conditions closely. Trips may be modified or rescheduled due to lightning, high winds, or unsafe lake conditions.
Capacity Limits
Guest counts must match your booking. Never exceed the vessel's posted capacity — it's a safety and legal requirement.

"Thank you DC aka Captain for a once in a lifetime experience! Even though I'm low key terrified of bodies of water like this, I felt safe! Taking time to have one on ones with everyone that got out on the water and even those that didn't, made it a true personal experience. He also has life jackets in all sizes. Boat was CLEAN! Also had little compartments to put away personal items like bags and purses. We were able to connect to speakers, which just made the experience even more great. It was like a close family member had a boat and we just went out to the water for a good time! Long story short I will be back!"

"Derrick was outstanding! Saved a graduation day celebration. We were here for my son's graduation and our first boat driver we had booked no showed. Derrick was at the dock and hung out for 30 minutes to see if we got ditched. We were out for 3 hours with 6 of us and had a great time. Our youngest son graduates next year and we will be using him again."
